Supernatural is about to break its mold in a huge way next month when it airs its first ever animated episode. In fact, it will be a full-on Scooby-Doo crossover!

Fans in Los Angeles will get a sneak peek at the "Scoobynatural" crossover at Paleyfest, where the show's producers and stars will screen the special episode for a select group of fans, according to Entertainment Weekly. Those fans will have to keep a tight lid on spoilers though, since they'll be viewing the episode on March 20, a full nine days before it airs on The CW.

Someone who's probably even more excited to see the episode than the fans is Supernatural star Jared Padalecki.

"Never in my wildest dreams — I mean I grew up watching [Scooby-Doo], you know," Padalecki told reporters last year, while the episode was still being sketched. "To hear that animated-you is going to be on the same screen as the Mystery Machine? Super cool... I want to do a Scooby-Doo season. Scoobynatural. All 22 episodes."

The Supernatural/Scooby-Doo crossover will air Thursday, March 29 at 8/7c on The CW.
