Is it all hands on deck or every man for himself on Suits?

When the USA drama returns Wednesday with the remaining six episodes of Season 5, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) has to find a way to get out of his very big predicament after being arrested on fraud charges in the midseason finale.

"In general, the back six is, 'Can our six family members stick together or are they gonna start turning on each other?'" creator and executive producer Aaron Korsh tells TVGuide.com. "The only way they're gonna survive this thing in general is if they're gonna stick together."

Naturally, Rachel (Meghan Markle) will try to stand by her man and Harvey (Gabriel Macht) will try to pull out all the stops to get Mike off, despite having just resigned from Pearson Spector Litt to save Jessica (Gina Torres) -- a fact that the ruthless D.A. Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope) cannot know. But what about everyone else? Judging by Louis (Rick Hoffman) ordering Donna (Sarah Rafferty) to "stay the hell away" from Mike and Harvey in exclusive sneak peek above, it's already taking its toll on the group.

"This is a secret all six of them have worked to keep under wraps. ... Everyone wants to help him at first, but a lot of questions and doubt will come up as the investigation and trial go on about who to trust and loyalty, and is this worth it?" Korsh says. "Whether we get out of it or not, none of their lives are ever gonna be the same after [the finale]."

Of course, the bigger question is who outed Mike? "[The writers] had a number of choices and they had various reasoning and backstories ... but I think we landed on someone that makes a lot of sense, to me, at least," Korsh teases.

Suits airs Wednesdays at 10/9c on USA.
