The Stranger Thingskids are very aware of how much people love their show, which means they're equally aware of how much we all suffer in the hiatus between seasons. We're only six months into the most recent one, and it's still miles to go until we sleep easy again, unfortunately.

Rumor is we might be waiting until 2019 before the residents of Hawkins, Indiana grace our screens again, and considering how long the last hiatus took, that sounds about right. The cast is already busy filming Season 3 though, and they've got a few survival tips for fans who just don't know how to make it through until the new episodes premiere.

According to Millie Bobbie Brown, the best way to manage is to just let the stress go of Stranger Things go and enjoy some time away from the drama of Eleven's life. "Please live your life, okay? Don't let my show get in your way!" Brown pleads.

Which Stranger Things Cast Member Spills the Most Spoilers?

Charlie Heaton seems to agree, urging viewers to embrace the sunshine and get away from their screeners screens for bit. "It's summer -- go out! Go do things!"

But as it turns out, Sadie Sink seems to have the best advice for super fans: Feed the beast. "Maybe re-watch Season 1 and Season 2, but, like, space it out, you know?" she suggests. "Or just like, kind of like stay involved with the fandom. Keep up with like the filming process, like the stuff all the kids are posting."

We have no doubt Stranger Things fans will be combing through set photos and the cast's social media posts for any spoilers they can find!

Stranger Things' first two seasons are available to stream on Netflix. Season 3 is expected to debut in 2019.
