The LucasAnimation series on Friday night delivered 3.96 million total viewers, making it the most-watched series premiere in Cartoon Network's 16-year history. Much of the kudos is due to the little ones (meaning young viewers, not Jawas). Clone Wars was its time period's No. 1 program among the kids 6-11, 2-11, tweens 9-14 and teens 12-17 age groups, when compared to the major kids networks. The weekly series also gave Cartoon Network its largest 9-14 audience ever for an original series telecast.
