The Joke's On Us! MTV Says Snooki's Neck Brace Is Just a Prank

It looks like Snooki just pulled a fast one on the paparazzi.

Days after the Jersey Shore star hit a cop car in Italy, she was photographed wearing a neck brace — and then seen waving it around and laughing.

"She was joking," an MTV spokesperson told People. "She sustained no injuries as a result of the traffic incident."

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi lost her international drivers license after the fender-bender, which happened when the 23-year-old was driving in Florence Monday with cast mate Deena Nicole Cortese and a member of the MTV series' production team.

No alcohol was involved in the accident, according to MTV.

Polizzi and the rest of the cast are currently shooting Season 4 of Jersey Shore in Florence, Italy.
