On The Sing-Off'sSeason 2 premiere, the 10 competing groups took on modern hits like Justin Bieber's "Baby" and oldies such as the Drifters' "Save the Last Dance For Me." But there's still one group that Nick Lachey wants to see get the a cappella treatment.

"I keep waiting for a 98 Degrees song to be covered because I just feel like that's well overdue," the show's host tells TVGuide.com. "The way that these songs are done is fairly unconventional and done in ways that you wouldn't expect."

Whether any of the contestants dare to pull from the 98 Degrees catalog remains to be seen, but maybe Lachey himself will take on one of the boy band's big hits on The Sing-Off's live finale. "I've heard a rumor that I may sing a little bit on the finale ... we'll see if that pans out," he says.
