Anteing up a whopping $20 million, USA Network outbid FX, Spike and TNT to snag cable rights to Casino Royale, to debut on the channel in June 2009.... This Christmas morning, in addition to New York's WPIX-TV's cracklin' yule-log tradition, INHD will offer a 24-hour version of its own, in all its hi-def glory.... In light of downright sad ratings for programming originals and even brand-new shows (including Tatum O'Neal's Wicked Wicked Games), MyNetworkTV is considering abandoning its "all telenovelas, all the time" concept.
