Oh, no!
Poor Shadowhunters fans. Despite a massive social media campaign to keep the Freeform show from being banished to the land of wind and ghosts, the series is currently slated to air its final 10 episodes in 2019.
Fans hoping to snag a piece of their precious ended up with a little more than they bargained for when signing up for a prop auction hosted by 403 Auction. While most of the props up for grabs were of the generic, unspoilery flavor, some of the swag inadvertently revealed major plot points for the upcoming final episodes.
Shadowhunters Cast Reacts to #SaveShadowhunters Campaign
Katherine McNamara, Shadowhunters
In particular, a detailed letter from Clary (Katherine McNamara) to Jace (Dominic Sherwood) outraged spoiler-conscious fans and sent the hoards to Twitter to make their concerns known. Co-showrunner, Todd Slavkin. responded to a concerned fan with, "We are aware of auction but had no idea about spoilers. That sucks on so many different levels."
So if the things clary wrote in this letter that got spoiled is really the ending of the show then I know why they said they left some story just in case the show gets picked up. But it won't and I really don't want this bullshit ending. #shadowhunters#SaveShadowhunters

My moods today are not good, I want someone to save shadowhunters, because because of ff and the spoilers I'm imagining an ending that I do not like at all! I want to see Clace happy. I trust our writers, but in 2 hours you can not explain everything! #SaveShadowhunters

Since their discovery, the spoilery items have been removed from the auction, which continued through September 6, if you want to get your hands on some bows, swords, or a SWEET "panDEMONium" bar sign.
