Creepy! That's the word that comes to mind after watching this teaser for executive producer M. Night Shyamalan's psychological thriller series Servant, which is coming to Apple TV+ on Thanksgiving (Nov. 28), Apple announced Friday at New York Comic Con.
Apple says Servant "follows a Philadelphia couple in mourning after an unspeakable tragedy creates a rift in their marriage and opens the door for a mysterious force to enter their home." The series was created and written by Tony Basgallop. The cast includes Six Feet Under's Lauren Ambrose, Game of Thrones' Nell Tiger Free, and Harry Potter's Rupert Grint, but you wouldn't know any of that from this teaser, which is just someone caring for a creepily realistic baby doll.
Apple TV+, Apple's foray into streaming, launches Nov. 1, with episodes of shows including The Morning Show, Dickinson, and For All Mankind. New shows will premiere monthly, with Servant coming as part of the second wave of releases. The new streaming service costs $4.99 a month.
Servant premieres Thursday, Nov. 28 on Apple TV+.
