Sally Struthers Gets Trial Date for 2012 DUI

Sally Struthers will go to trial in September to face DUI charges, The Associated Press reports.

The All in the Family star, 66, was arrested last September on DUI charges in Ogunquit, Maine, where she was performing in a local production of 9 to 5. She is required to be present for the upcoming trial and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Sept. 23, the AP reports.
