This might end up being our favorite new show
The CW's Roswell reboot continues to add new players to its lineup, and we definitely recognize a few of these faces.
Deadline reports that Nathan Parsons, whomThe Originals fans will recognize as Hayley's (Phoebe Tonkin) werewolf husband Jackson, has snagged the role of Max. Max is a devoted police officer, who also happens to be hiding a secret about his origins and unearthly abilities. He'll star opposite Jeanine Mason, who plays Liz in the reboot.
Pretty Little Liars' Tyler Blackburn has been cast as Sgt. Alex Manes, a soldier recently returned from the Middle East who has experienced his fair share of psychological and physical trauma. Unfortunately, living up to his father's expectations means he's had to abandon any hope of a future with the man he loves.
Roswell has also cast Lily Cowles and Michael Vlamis as Isobel and Michael respectively. Isobel is described as "polished and restrained," while Michael is "troubled but brilliant." They both have secret origins and very different views on Earth and humans. Finally, Heather Hemmens has been cast as Maria, Liz's former best friend and social media guru.
Julie Plec recently signed on as executive producer along with Carina Adly Mackenzie, who will pen the script.
