Desperate Housewives' Ricardo Chavira Arrested on DUI Charges

Desperate Housewives star Ricardo Chavira was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reports.

The 39-year-old actor, who plays Eva Longoria's husband on the ABC series, was reportedly pulled over at 2 a.m. on Tuesday morning. After failing a field sobriety test, Chavira refused to take a blood or breath test and was arrested. He was held on $25,000 bail at a Los Angeles jail.

This is Chavira's second arrest on DUI charges.
