Finley was arrested on drug possession charges Saturday. He told TMZ.com Monday that he had taken two ecstasy pills on Friday, while his wife took one, before they went out partying. She went missing around 3 am Saturday.

Finley claims his wife's death was not an accident; he believes that someone threw her over the railing on the stairwell. According to the site, Finley is also claiming that police told him that an unidentified person had requested a key to their room shortly before the last time Finley saw his wife alive.
