Reese Witherspoon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in Atlanta, Ga. early Friday morning after her husband, Jim Toth, was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence, Varietyreports. The couple was jailed briefly after the incident before being released on bond.

Toth was pulled over after driving in the wrong lane and was given a field sobriety test after the officer noticed that he appeared disheveled and smelled of alcohol, according to Variety. Witherspoon got into a verbal altercation with the arresting officer and was reportedly handcuffed after repeatedly ignoring instructions to stay in the vehicle.

After Toth was arrested, Witherspoon exited the vehicle and said to the arresting officer, "Do you know my name? You're about to find out who I am. ... You are going to be on national news," according to Variety.

Witherspoon was in Atlanta filming upcoming indie drama The Good Lie, Variety reports. Toth reportedly blew a .139 on a Breathalyzer test; the legal limit for driving is .08.
