Fox won the night Wednesday, led by American Idol on an overall low night.
The first Hollywood Week episode drew 14.2 million viewers and a 4.6 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, down almost a full point from last week.
In second place was ABC, which saw most of its lineup drop, including Modern Family (10.1 million, 3.8), which hit a season low and Nashville (6.2 million (1.7), which slipped to a series low.

Winter TV Preview: Must-see new shows

On CBS, Criminal Minds (11.8 million, 2.7) tied a season low and Part 1 of the CSI-CSI: NY crossover (10.9 million, 2.4) dipped two-tenths.NBC's controversial Law & Order: SVU episode featuring Mike Tyson only drew 5.2 million viewers and a 1.5, down 12 percent.

The CW's Arrow (2.9 million, 1.0) and Supernatural (2.2 million, 0.9) were up and flat, respectively.
