The Grammy Awards grabbed its second-biggest audience in 21 years Sunday.
The three-and-half-hour show averaged 28.5 million viewers and a 9.9 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, edging out last year's audience of 28.4 million and trailing 2012's ceremony (39 million), which featured a tribute to Whitney Houston. It dipped two tenths in the demo vs. last year.
Grammys fashion hits and misses
Sean and Catherine's Bachelor wedding special on ABC drew 6.1 million and a 1.6, up six tenths from Ashley and JP's televised wedding in December 2012.Fox's animated block slipped against the Grammys, while NBC's broadcast of the Pro Bowl averaged 9.3 million and a 3.2.8 p.m.
