Gossip Girl signed off on a high Monday.

The CW drama hit a season high with 1.5 million viewers and a 0.8 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic. The one-hour retrospective that preceded the finale also performed well, drawing 1.3 million viewers and a 0.6. Together, they gave the CW its most-watched Monday since Jan. 30 and its highest Monday demo rating since Dec. 5, 2011.

CBS topped the night, led by a one-hour episode of How I Met Your Mother (8.6 million, 3.4) and Mike & Molly (10.8 million, 3.3), both of which grew two-tenths.The Voice's finale performance show (13.2 million, 4.1) was up from last week. NBC's special preview of 1600 Penn netted 7.2 million viewers and a 2.3.8 p.m.
