Castleis becoming one of ABC's new kings: The Nathan Fillion-led procedural continued its climb in the ratings Monday to mark a new high for the series.
Following a new episode of The Bachelor(11.5 million viewers), Castle drew 10.5 million viewers, improving 11 percent in the 18-to-49 demographic and winning its time slot over The Jay Leno Show (4.3 million viewers)and a CSI: Miamirepeat (9.6 million viewers).
A strong return for House(15.2 million viewers) helped Fox win the night overall, but 24 (10.7 million viewers) lost 37 percent of its lead-in and 6 percent from last week's two-hour episode.
On NBC, Chuckstabilized with 6.9 million viewers and Heroes(4.3 million viewers)improved a touch from last week's record low. The two hours of comedy repeats on CBS averaged 8.8 million viewers overall, and the CW's One Tree Hilland Life Unexpecteddrew in 2.2 million viewers and 2.1 million viewers, respectively.
