CBS topped Thursday, powered by The Big Bang Theory.
The comedy drew 18 million viewers and a 5.1 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, up two tenths. The Millers (11.3 million, 2.7) and Two and a Half Men (8.6 million, 2.1) also inched up, while The Crazy Ones (8.7 million, 2.1) held steady and Elementary (8.4 million, 1.6) slipped two tenths.

Surprising celebrity family ties

Returning after a month, Parks and Recreation averaged 3.3 million and a 1.2 for two episodes to match its series low. Lead-out Sean Saves the World (3.1 million, 1.0), which was boosted by The Voice last week, dropped a tenth. The Michael J. Fox Show (2.9 million, 1.0) andParenthood (4.1 million, 1.3) were flat.On ABC, Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (3.7 million, 0.9) matched last week's series low, while  Grey's Anatomy (8.4 million, 2.6) fell a tenth to tie its all-time low. Scandal (8.9 million, 2.9) improved a tenth.

Fox's The X Factor (5.3 million,  1.4) climbed two tenths and Glee (4.5 million, 1.5) was flat.
The CW's The Vampire Diaries (2.7 million, 1.3) held steady to beat both NBC and ABC in the 8 o'clock hour. Reign (1.7 million, 0.7) was up a tenth.
