The Bachelor is off to a, uh, Juan-derful start.

Winter TV: Must-see new shows

Monday's two-hour season premiere drew 8.5 million viewers and a 2.7 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic to post the show's best premiere numbers in three years. Juan Pablo & Co. were also up 17 percent from last year's opener with Bachelor Sean Lowe. Castle followed with 8.8 million and a 1.8, down 14 percent from its last new episode, but it was enough to help ABC win the night.CBS' two-hour Hostages finale (4.8 million, 1.0) dropped two tenths to tie a series low.On Fox, Almost Human (6.2 million, 1.7) was up a tenth.
