Tuesday's ratings recap:• American Idol was of course the night's most-watched program, delivering 28.1 million total viewers — a week-to-week dip of a mil, and off 15 percent from a year ago.• Leading out of Idol, a fresh House drew 22.5 mil, the series' best audience since March 6, 2007, and more than double the closest competitor. • Biggest Loser, averaging 8.3 mil over its two-hour run, was down 640K.• One Tree Hill slipped 250 thou, to 2.8 mil.
