Rachael Leigh Cook has snagged the female lead on Fox's comedy pilot Nirvana, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The pilot centers on two Indian-American brothers who are constantly at odds with their controlling parents as they try to understand American culture. One son, who lives with a Caucasian girlfriend (Cook), has a particularly hard time with his parents.

Cook is best known for her film roles in She's All That and Josie and the Pussycats. The 30-year-old actress recently appeared on Psychin a recurring role.
