Peace has been declared on the Project Runwayfront.

The sixth season of Project Runway (that has been sitting on the shelf since Fashion Week) will debut on Lifetime in the upcoming months alongside a new companion series called Models of the Runway, according to a statement from the women's network.

"All of us at Lifetime are thrilled to move forward with Heidi, Tim, Nina, Michael, The Weinstein Company and the entire Project Runway team," said CEO Andrea Wong.

NBC Universal also released a statement: "All of the parties are pleased with the outcome. Harvey Weinstein added, 'I want to personally congratulate Jeff Zucker and NBCU on their success in the litigation and thank Jeff for resolving this in a professional manner. We look forward to working together on our ongoing projects.'" (Yes, we originally thought it was an April Fools' Day joke at first too, but no.)

Bravo also released details Wednesday about its new design-competition series The Fashion Show (which premieres May 7), hosted by Isaac Mizrahi and Kelly Rowland. It has yet to be determined if either of these two are capable of Michael Kors-caliber zingers.

The settlement puts to rest a drawn-out legal battle among Lifetime, Bravo, NBC Universal and the Weinstein Co.
