With his sentence on charges ranging from vehicular manslaughter to felony DUI being handed down on Thursday, Prison Break's Lane Garrison has taped a particularly graphic PSA in hopes of dissuading folks from drinking and driving. According to TMZ.com, the recorded spot has the actor recalling the events of the night his actions took the life of a teenage companion, and viewers will see re-created footage of the car wreck.
