Troian Bellisario also shares that there's no truce in sight for her and creepy brother-in-law/one-time hookup Ian.
"The evidence is overwhelming that he has something to do with Alison," she says. "Until he can own up to what he did, whether it was kill Alison or have something to do with it, she's going to hate him."
