Unfortunately, even promising television sometimes gets the ax. Intricate, intelligent writing didn't keep AMC from crossing off Rubicon, and Huge's witty teen dialogue and emotional depth failed to win a huge audience. Not even super producer JJ Abrams or the combined star power of Maura Tierney and Rob Morrow could rescue Undercovers or The Whole Truth, respectively.
