ER vet Sherry Stringfield and 24 alum D.B. Woodside (former president Wayne Palmer) have joined the cast of Back, the CBS drama pilot starring Skeet Ulrich as a man who returns home to discover he was reported missing eight years earlier, after 9/11.

Stringfield will play Ulrich's wife, who in his "absence" has since moved on — with a new hubby. Woodside has been cast as a shrink whom Ulrich's confused character undoubtedly will need some time with.

In other CBS pilot castings, Katherine Moennig (The L Word's Shane) and Daniel Henney (X-Men Origins: Wolverine) have joined Three Rivers, the organ transplant drama starring Alex O'Loughlin, while Elisabeth Harnois (Bianca's first love on All My Children) will play a first-year resident on Miami Trauma.
