Peter Facinelli Heads to Fox for Zoobiquity Pilot
Will that mean the end of Maxwell Lord on Supergirl?
Peter Facinelli has signed on to the Zoobiquity pilot at Fox. TVLine confirms that Facinelli is teaming up with Kim Raver for the "unconventional medical procedural."
Facinelli will play veterinarian Dr. Lucas Court, "whose bond with his animal patients verges on the uncanny." He'll be working alongside Marsha Thomason's (White Collar) Dr. Kara Marins to pioneer cross-species medicine.

Currently, Facinelli has a recurring guest star role on Supergirl as tech billionaire genius Maxwell Lord. Lord has become Supergirl's greatest human threat in the show's freshman season. If Zoobiquity is picked up to series it may mean that Lord's time in National City may end sooner rather than later.
Zoobiquity is executive produced Bones bosses Stephen Nathan and Jonathan Collier.
