Best known for portraying Pee-wee Herman, Reubens will play Mr. Vargas, a man who takes care of "delicate situations in the criminal underworld." He's slated to appear in at least two episodes, beginning with the third episode of the season.
Reubens joins previously announced guest-stars Mary-Louise Parker, Krysten Ritter and Lee Tergesen.
The Blacklist returns Monday, Sept. 22 at 10/9c on NBC.
