Another member of the Braverman clan is stepping behind the camera on Parenthood.
Sam Jaeger will direct an upcoming episode of the NBC family drama, TVGuide.com has learned.
Jaeger, 35, will helm the third episode of Season 4. He follows co-star Peter Krause, who made his directing debut on Parenthood last season. Jaeger previously directed the 2011 film Take Me Home, in which he also starred with Bree Turner and Victor Garber.
Parenthood scoop: Sarah's love triangle, Julia's juggling act and Amber's big romance
No additional information was available on Jaeger's episode, but it's no secret that this coming season will see his character, Joel, and his wife, Julia (Erika Christensen), dealing with the adoption of an 8-year-old boy named Victor, who was introduced in the Season 3 finale. Victor "shakes it up in a big way. Especially when you adopt a child who is a little older, it's one thing to say you're going to become a family and it's another thing to have that actually happen," showrunner Jason Katims told TVGuide.com earlier this month. "We'll see that journey of Victor really becoming integrated into this family and the challenges that it takes to get there."Parenthood returns on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 10/9c on NBC.
