Once Upon a Time Mega Buzz: Prince Naveen Might Be in Tiana's Future

When Once Upon a Time introduced Princess Tiana (Mekia Cox) into the narrative, we all wondered where in the world her Prince Naveen was.

As it turns out, it just took him a while to find his way into the story this season.

"Episode 12 will be another big Tiana episode," Mekia Cox told TV Guide at the Television Critics Association winter press tour. "And you will get to see some old characters that you've already seen -- Dr. Facilier (Daniel Francis) comes back, so you'll get to see a little more of him. You'll also get to see a new character, that might be a little love interest for Tiana. And he might be a familiar face from the Princess and the Frog movie."

Unless she's talking about Ray the lightning bug, we're pretty sure she means Prince Naveen will soon be making his way into her future -- or past? The timelines on this show are getting seriously confusing.

Once Upon a Time returns March 2nd at 8/7c on ABC.
