It's a Girl for Rules of Engagement's Oliver Hudson

Oliver Hudson and his wife Erinn have welcomed their third child, a baby girl named Rio.

The couple, who wed in 2006, are already parents to sons Wilder Brooks, 5, and Bodhi Hawn, 3.

Hudson's mom, Goldie Hawn, shared their happy news on Twitter Thursday. "Welcome Rio! Our first baby girl to join our family!" Hawn wrote. "Oliver and Erinn thank you for bringing so much JOY to our lives! #happiness"

Hudson was mum on Rio's impending arrival, but his sister Kate Hudson — who also has two boys — was more than happy to share his happy news on the Late Show with David Letterman back in May.

Hudson's long-running CBS comedy, Rules of Engagement, was canceled in May after seven seasons.
