Here's his report: "I’m sorry to say that Pam spends more time with Karen in the episode than she does with Jim. (Jim even rejects Pam's Christmas present!) The two women actually decide to work together when icy Angela tries to take over the office Christmas party with her rigid Nutcracker theme.
