"Years after I had the babies, the octuplets, my manager and I collaborated together on doing an independent, um, self-pleasure video," Suleman says in the clip below. "I did it obviously to provide for my family, but doing it I don't regret it. I, actually shockingly enough, it became one of the most liberating and empowering things I had ever done."

Suleman, 37, was thrust into the spotlight when she gave birth to octuplets in 2009. Since then, she's filed for bankruptcy and gone to rehab to treat a pill addiction.

Oprah: Where Are They Now? airs on Tuesdays at 10/9c on OWN.
