Suleman -- who has faced money troubles, including bankruptcy and foreclosure, in the past -- was charged with one count of aid by misrepresentation and two counts of perjury by false application for air. She allegedly failed to report nearly $30,000 in earnings from January to June in 2013.
If convicted on all counts, Suleman could face five years in prison.
