Time to put away that "#NoStateofUnionFeb2" hash tag.
President Barack Obama's State of the Union address will not bump Lost's final season premiere, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said at a news briefing Friday.
"I don't foresee a scenario in which millions people who hope to finally get some conclusion with Lost are pre-empted by the president," Gibbs said, answering a question relayed by ABC Radio's Ann Compton. "You can quote a senior administration official."

Will State of the Union speech push back Lost premiere?

Gibbs reassured Lost-ies at the end of the briefing as well that the speech will most definitely not be held on Feb. 2, the night of Lost's eagerly awaited three-hour premiere on ABC.

Lost bosses: We're not playing it safe in final season

Feb. 2 was one of the two dates the White House was reportedly mulling for the president's annual speech. The other option was reported to be Jan. 26, which would conflict with Fox's American Idol.Gibbs said a date for the address will be announced soon. Are you happy with the news?
