Now that Percy's out of Division prison, he's having all sorts of adventures... but not necessarily the fun kind.

On Friday's Nikita(8/7c, The CW), we see Percy (XanderBerkeley) enjoying an impromptu interview with Nikita (Maggie Q) and her band of rogue agents. "That is the infamous Percy capture," Q confirms to TVGuide.com. "We actually do get him."

From Nikita to Chuck: TV's sexiest crime fighters

In typical Percy fashion, however, he doesn't act like a prisoner. "Oh, his attitude is the same as it is when he's in the office," she says. "Super-confident, super cocky and completely at ease with the fact that he's got enough thugs out there in the world that he thinks are going to come get him. But I don't think they do come to his rescue. I think something else happens."

Here's a clue as to what Percy's fate may be, if Amanda (Melinda Clarke) gets her way:

While it remains to be seen if the former head of Division will once again escape from captivity, we see that Carla (Erica Gimpel) is among Nikita's crew. The reunion between the two women a couple episodes ago was tainted when Nikita discovered that Carla had created Division back in the day with Percy and Amanda.

"There is going to be a talk between them soon," says Q. "There's this weird juxtaposition of feelings of Nikita getting the one woman she loved the most in her world back, but finding out that she's tied to the worst thing that happened to her in her life and then finding out that she's in league with Percy. It's just way too much. Nikita is pretty emotionally disturbed by this. She was to her a mother figure.

"But Carla is a good, outstanding, moral and ethical human being. What I love about what's going on between them is that it's all about perception," Q continues. "Your perception is your reality. Carla perceives that what she's doing is right and is going to help people. Nikita perceives something very different. So that can suck a lot of the times. At the end of the day, no matter what happens between them, they're going to understand each other because they always have. Those feelings can never be really messed with, touched or taken away. They've been built over time when they both needed each other so much."

Nikita airs Fridays at 8/7c on The CW.

Do you think Amanda will get her hands on Percy? Can Nikita still trust Carla?
