Former NFL coach and FOX NFL Sunday analyst Jimmy Johnson may be making his way from the studio to the jungle as a cast member of Survivor: Nicaragua, according to ESPN.

Johnson, 67, is no stranger to competition. The fiery-tempered coach led the University of Miami to a national championship and the Dallas Cowboys to two Super Bowl victories. But does he have what it takes to create alliances and win immunity as one of the show's oldest competitors?

Reps for Johnson and CBS declined to comment, though a spokesperson for the show said the official cast announcement would come in August. Survivor: Nicaragua began filming at the end of June in San Juan del Sur and will air this September.
Johnson is just one of many ex-Cowboys to be on a reality television show. His former players Michael Irvin and Emmitt Smith both appeared on Dancing with the Stars, which Smith won in 2006.

Would you like to see Johnson on the next Survivor?
