Catfish's Nev Schulman Is Engaged to His Pregnant Girlfriend

Nev Schulman and his girlfriend Laura Perlongo are engaged!

The Catfishhost revealed the happy news Sunday night with an Instagram selfie showing off Perlongo's massive engagement ring. On her own Instagram, Perlongo had a bit more fun with the announcement, sharing a photo of Schulman eating deli meat from her newly adorned left hand.

"It's all v serious now," Perlongo wrote.

The engagement comes less than two weeks after the couple revealed they were expecting a baby girl together. Schulman and Perlongo, who works as a creative advertising freelancer, have been dating long-distance off-and-on for seven months and hadn't planned the pregnancy.

"To be fair, it wasn't a complete accident. We had talked about wanting kids and had pulled the goalie maybe half-a-time-once but weren't necessarily expecting this news, THE NEWS," Perlongo wrote in a blog post earlier this month.

"No words can capture the excitement and joy I feel about becoming a father. I am so in love with you [Perlongo] and thank you for giving me this incredible gift," Nev wrote on Instagram.
