Netflix might be adding plenty of exciting options to its library, but there's only one show you should divert your attention toward. Clear your schedules and make plans to watch Fast & Furious: Spy Racers when it arrives on the streaming platform later this year.
Continuing the beloved franchise of racing films that have starred the likes of Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, and the late Paul Walker, this new iteration centers on a spunky teen named Tony Toretto. Following in his cousin Dom's (Diesel) footsteps, he and his friends are, according to the logline, "recruited by a government agency to infiltrate an elite racing league serving as a front for a nefarious crime organization bent on world domination." The animated series serves up a more family-friendly version of the popular franchise, allowing a new generation of fans to enjoy the ride.
Voltron Legendary Defender's Tim Hedrick and All Hail King Julien's Bret Haaland will serve as the showrunners, while Diesel and Fast & Furious producer Chris Morgan will executive-produce.
Fast & Furious: Spy Racers heads to Netflix later in 2019.
