Exclusive Necessary Roughness Sneak Peek: Real Housewives' Shereé Schools TK

Now that Necessary Roughness' star wide receiver TK (Mehcad Brooks) is trying to land his own reality show, who better to school him on the genre than one of the first ladies of reality TV?

In this sneak from the latest TK Gets Real webisode, the New York Hawks player gets a visit from Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Shereé Whitfield, who shares her three rules of "real" reality TV (copyright 2008) in the exclusive sneak peek below.

Whitfield not only brought plenty of reality TV knowledge to the table, but also her experience dealing with professional athletes. (She was formerly married to ex-NFL player Bob Whitfield). "I think he plays the role to a T," Whitfield says of Brooks' performance. "I've been around several athletes and they can be a little cocky and arrogant and smart-alecky. He does it all and he does it all very well."

After leaving the Real Housewives of Atlanta last year, Whitfield is focusing her attention on acting and will next appear in Scary Movie 5. "I really enjoy the comedy because on Housewives, they always had me in all these serious scenes. I don't care how much laughter and fun I had, if I was shooting a 10- or 12-hour shoot, they always captured that one serious moment of me so it was never any fun," Whitfield tells TVGuide.com. "I really like the comedy and people seeing a lighter side of me."

Although she's put the Real Housewives behind her, Whitfield only had nice things to say about her ex-castmates, such as Kim Zolciak, who recently announced she is expecting her fifth child. "She seems to be very happy, and I'm very happy for her," she says. "She deserves it."
