Report: NCIS' Michael Weatherly Being Sued Over Car Accident

NCIS star Michael Weatherly is being sued for damages in a car accident he was involved in last year, TMZ.com reports.

Ivan Romeo Mendez, the driver of the car that Weatherly crashed into, is seeking at least $80,000 in damages, claiming he was hospitalized after the accident and his car was destroyed.

Mendez says he also had to undergo neck surgery that severed problematic nerves in his spinal cord caused by the crash.
