The premiere (Tuesday at 10/9c) introduces viewers to new hospital manager Michael Ragosa (Freddy Rodriguez), who doesn't exactly find himself getting a warm welcome from the staff as he tries to make necessary budget cuts at the hospital. The biggest clash of personalities occurs between Michael and TC Callahan (Eoin Macken), who's served three tours of duty in Afghanistan and has a hard time adjusting to the bureaucracy of the medical facility.
