NBC will attempt to find Love in the Wild ... again.
The adventure-dating series has been renewed for a second season, the network announced Thursday.
Love, which features single contestants in various rigorous challenges on their journey to find love, averaged 5.5 million viewers this summer. The show also came in first, or tied for first, in the coveted 18-49 demographic on seven of the eight airings.
"The success of the relationships formed on the first season of this series is a testament to the unique format of this show," said Paul Telegdy, president of alternative and late night programming for NBC. "We look forward to an even more compelling season as the series will return with new format twists and a new set of contestants who will conquer the wild — or not — to find love."
