Here's When The Good Place, One Chicago, and More NBC Shows Premiere in the Fall

Clear your schedule in late September

NBC has unveiled premiere dates for its fall 2019 shows, and you should probably clear your schedule in late September.

Kicking things off on Monday, Sept. 23, The Voice will return for Season 17, this time without long-time coach Adam Levine, who recently announced he was quitting the show. While you're pouring one out for the OG coach, don't forget to pop open some bubbly to celebrate the arrival of Bluff City Law, a spicy new legal drama set in Memphis, Tennessee, and starring small-screen legend Jimmy Smits.

This Is Us will continue to be the network's harbinger of tears and bring all new drama on Tuesday, Sept. 24. Meanwhile, One Chicago will continue its reign over Wednesday nights beginning with Chicago MedonSept. 25 at 8/7c. It will be followed by Chicago Fire at 9/8c and Chicago P.D. at 10/9c.

Elsewhere, Mike Schur's forking great comedy The Good Place will kick off its fourth and final season on Thursday, 26 at 9/8c, while Law & Order: Special Victims Unit heads into its historic 21st season at 10/9c. If you're a fan of of The Blacklist, though, you'll have to wait until the next week. The show returns Friday, Oct. 4 at 8/7c.
