NBC has officially committed to airing three more episodes of Trauma, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Trauma's Cliff Curtis discusses the "most fun character" he's ever played

It wasn't looking good last week when the network announced full-season pickups for Mercy, Parks and Recreationand Community, but not Trauma. Still, Tuesday's announcement only delays a decision about Trauma's long-term plans until after the November-sweeps month.

NBC picks up Community, Mercy and Parks and Recreation

Monday night's episode brought in 5.77 million viewers, up 290,000 viewers from the previous week.
