On Thursdays this summer, the network will air the canceled CBS series Moonlight, starring Alex O'Loughlin as vampire detective Mick St. John, following repeats of The Vampire Diaries.
Alex O'Loughlin: Moonlight's Mick "has been laid to rest"
Moonlight was canceled after its first season because of poor ratings. The CW passed on picking up the series to try a Sunday night lineup — including Valentine and Easy Money— that eventually failed.
Moonlight will debut on the CW on June 3 at 9/8c.
