Top Model Will Spinoff into Fabulous Makeovers

The CW has ordered a pilot for Operation Fabulous, starring Top Model regulars Jay Manuel and J. Alexander.
In this new series, Jay and J. will travel the country in search of women in need of Top Model-style overhauls. Five lucky ladies will learn how to dress, wear their hair and makeup – also bringing out their confidence with the support of family, friends and their community, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Fabulous marks the third fashion-themed reality series on CW from exec producers Tyra Banks and Ken Mok, who also exec produce the network's series Stylista (premiering Oct. 22 at 9 pm/ET).

Manuel and Alexander gained quite the popular following after being on Top Model since 2003. Currently, Manuel is the creative director of show's photo shoots and Alexander is a runway expert who has also served as a judge on the series.
