Miley Cyrus Reveals Details About Her Birthday and Sex and the City 2

It's hard to plan a birthday for the girl who has everything. Luckily for friends and family of Miley Cyrus, she's already got her upcoming 17th^{birthday on Nov. 23 all figured out.}

"I want to rent out a cool place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favorite Dolly moment," Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest during Friday's On-Air with Ryan Seacrest. "I am really excited about getting all my crew members to dress up as Dolly. That's probably going to be the funniest thing ever."

Cyrus also revealed details on her cameo in Sex and the City 2. Playing herself in the movie, Cyrus shares screen time with Kim Cattrall's character, Samantha, when the two wear the same outfit to a movie premiere.

"Literally, I shot for like an hour and a half, and I was done," Cyrus said. "Working with Kim was really cool. And Sarah Jessica Parker was the nicest person in the world."

Sex and the City 2 comes out May 2010.
