She's starred in her own TV show, a hit box-office movie and, now, the teeny-bop princess Miley Ray Cyrus has taken over yet another medium — the Internet! Cyrus debuted The Miley & Mandy Show yesterday, which stars none other than herself and “Best of Both Worlds” tour dancer Mandy Jiroux. The five-minute video consists of the two teens jumping around, yelling and goofing off (like the teenaged girls that they are).
